Janice started her career in the finance industry on Wall Street in 1982. Since then she has been able to combine her knowledge of the markets with her strong desire for education. Janice has focused on helping people with their mortgage needs for the past 20 years. Janice has been a Certified Mortgage Planner Specialist for over 10 years in order to help every client achieve financial freedom, build wealth, and experience their life dreams by implementing intelligent mortgage, cash flow, and home equity strategies. She has become a strategic resource to homeowners, first-time homebuyers, move-up homebuyers, real estate investors, Realtors, estate planning attorneys, divorce attorneys, CPA’s, insurance agents, and financial advisors.
Her goal is to establish long-term relationships as a trusted adviser to every client she works with. Her mission is to help her clients get from where they are now to where they want to be. Janice's experience and knowledge are the key tools used in providing valuable information from first time homebuyers to investment property owners. She offers monthly homebuyer workshops for those who dare to dream of owning their first home. Janice has done business in the San Francisco Bay and Sacramento areas. She has an extensive knowledge of FHA, VA, and down payment assistance programs. Janice's clients, friends, and family don't keep her a secret! Janice is a graduate of St. Mary's College of California. She lives in Walnut Creek, California with her family. Janice completed the Nike Women's Half Marathon, San Francisco and America's Most Beautiful Cycle Ride, Lake Tahoe while raising over $5000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training Program. During baseball season she is usually following her favorite team the New York Yankees along with her mom. She also volunteers her time and energy to organizations, charities, efforts, and causes that are dear to her client’s hearts.
